By accessing or using the Aura Conect platform (including the website, mobile app, and all related services), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Aura Conect platform.
Users aged 13-15 may use the Aura Conect platform only with the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Users aged 16 and over may use the Aura Conect platform independently.
Users who may be considered vulnerable (e.g., individuals with disabilities, cognitive impairments) may require assistance or supervision from a trusted adult to ensure safe and appropriate use of the platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and to update your information as necessary.
You agree to use the Aura Conect platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
You are solely responsible for any content you upload, post, or transmit through the platform.
i. Upload, post, or transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material.
ii. Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim an affiliation with any person or entity.
iii. Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the platform.
iv. Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from the platform without our consent.
v. Use any automated means to access the platform (e.g., scripts, robots, spiders).
vi. Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

You understand and consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purpose of providing you with the Aura Conect services.
The Aura Conect platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Aura Conect Limited or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You agree not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the Aura Conect platform.
The Aura Conect platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Aura Conect Limited does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the platform or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
In no event will Aura Conect Limited, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aura Conect Limited and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from any claims arising out of your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Aura Conect Limited reserves the right to deactivate or terminate a user’s account and/or remove any content at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:
i. Violations of these Terms and Conditions.
ii. Violations of applicable laws or regulations.
iii. Engagement in activities that may harm the Aura Conect community or its reputation.
iv. Engagement in illegal or harmful activities outside of the Aura Conect platform that may reflect negatively on the platform or its users.
v. Aura Conect Limited reserves the right to investigate any suspected wrongdoing and take appropriate action, including but not limited to account suspension, account termination, and legal action.
vi. Aura Conect Limited does not condone or endorse any illegal or harmful activities.
Aura Conect Limited may terminate or suspend your access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to breach of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of UnitedKingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Aura Conect Limited may revise and update these Terms and Conditions from time to time in our sole discretion. You will be notified of any material changes to these Terms and Conditions. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
